YOUTH SUMMER CAMP ASSISTANT

Help with the 11-week CCC summer day camp program, on a weekly basis. The camp includes hands-on learning, field trips, community service projects, sports, and reading. Only 20 volunteers can be accepted for each week of camp. More information is on the CCC website here; open the “volunteer” tab.

Time Commitment:

The series of eleven week-long camps runs from early June to mid-August, on weekdays from 9 AM – 5 PM. Volunteers must commit to at least 80 hours of service.

Suitable for Groups of Volunteers?

Training Needed:

Seeking students who have a genuine desire to help their community, enjoy working with younger students, are able to go on field trips, and have leadership skills and initiative to get things done.

The amount of time that the student can commit to the program (minimum of 80 hours throughout 2019 summer) is also considered.
