Story books, Chapter books, Learn-to-read books, Children’s non-fiction books, Board/toddler books, Spanish or dual language books (Pre-K through 2nd grade).

More information about the books they can and cannot use is available on the BBK website.

Comments about “BOOKS BETWEEN KIDS

  • My daughters (8 and 6) and I volunteered at books between kids. Was a great place for younger kids to learn about giving back.

    • Hi Karen –
Just keep checking the Books Between Kids Facebook page. There aren’t going to be any Warehouse volunteer days in May, but they’re going to post their Warehouse schedule for June soon. You can sign up online. Shifts are 2 hours long. Thanks for helping kids get more books!

  • Hi! I am very interested to start a volunteer group and do it annually, and I have friends and co-workers who are willing to do it with me. I really would like to start doing it on my birthday on June 9th and I believe that it will be a great gift for myself and I think my friends and family would agree. I really believe that it will fill our hearts to see and know that we will be able to help people especially kids. I checked the claendar and nothing’s happening on June 9th, I really would like to start on that date. I am hoping that this organization will be able to help me, or allow me and my friends facilitate a volunteer project in helping kids. Most of us will be healthcare professionals, we can also help do health check-up or assessment. Hoping to hear good news from this organization soon.
